"Five years ago we made a dramatic decision in the management of the company - we changed the whole hierarcy - moved a whole layer of leaders to special duties. Their special duties was to help the new generation of leaders get started.
I started a pilot project together with three other leaders. I have participated in quote a few other management courses and have often returned with many good ideas - but as you probably know the daily work had so many tasks and problems waiting for me to come back that I never really found the time to do something about all my new ideas.
However, during the Effective Personal Leadership my plans of action became a part of my daily work - this is certainly better than a concentrated week seminar. I improved my talents for delegating responsibility, for setting up priorities and doing something about it. I soon realised that this method was BEC, and I drew up a plan for all leaders reporting to the board of directors to go the the LMI program.
BEC has developed a lot during the last five years - we have almost doubled the staff from 300 to over 500 employees and revenues from 35 million to 75 million on USD."
